The Barton Marketing Group proudly announces that our work for Maine Township was recently recognized with two statewide honors. The Township Officials of Illinois (TOI) recently awarded our client, Maine Township, with Mighty Message Awards for the Best Newsletter in Illinois and the Best Photo of 2014-2015. Our agency has done the editorial, photography and layout for Mainely News, the official newsletter of Maine Township, for the past 15 years. The 8-page color publication contains the latest information on services, programs and events along with columns by elected officials.
Our COO, Dick Barton, took the winning photo at the Township’s annual Community Garage Sale. It showed a vendor with his wares spread on a blanket on a hillside overlooking the busy parking lot of Town Hall where over 1,000 people were shopping for bargains. This is the third time BMG has been recognized for quality photography by TOI. The two prior occasions were for photos taken at the Township’s National Night Out Against Crime event. |
